Although we have ben managing rental properties since 1989 R.D.F. Management did not become a separate division of Fenwick Contracting until 1995 when we took a large step towards expanding our business.

The Main Goal of R.D.F. Management is twofold. Firstly to provide absentee property owners with a full service company dedicated to managing their properties on a twenty-four hour basis thereby relieving them of presures and worries. We prepare the units for rental, advertise the units, show the units, check references and place tenants, collect rents, pay the bills and continue to maintain the units while they are occupied. Secondly to provide the tenants with a clean, affordable, safe and appealing apartment to live in. We provide 365 day a year 24 hour on-call availability and pride ourselves in the type of service that we offer our clients.

We currently manage properties for a very diverse client base in several areas of the city of Rochester. We currently manage over 170 units for various people and organizations including the City of Rochester. We also work together with a few agencies to place certain clients in safe environments and we always maintain a zero tolerance policy for either drugs or illegal activities at any of our properties.
